All of us want to live a happy and a prosperous life. But due to our day to day life and daily routine we often forget the way we thought our lives should be.
Almost 80% of people have a lot of tensions in their lives, which is normal for most.
But according to me that shouldn't be the case.
It all comes back to thinking positive and happy. Meaning, we should always be positive in our lives.
There are a lot of people who will think"C'mon really? after all we are going through you want us to be and feel POSITIVE?" but i want you to think on that thought for a bit and ask yourself "Do you want a change in life?" or " Do you want to live a tension free life and a happy one?"
To answer that : Heck yeah!! Every one has a right to live a happy, positive and prosperous life. All we need to do is understand how we can achieve that.
This no difficult task. It is very simple. You just have to monitor your thoughts and have positive thoughts.
I'll give you an example : If a person is out of job and cannot take care of their finances and they are trying their best to get a job and earn something to get rid of the tension.
In the process what happens is, they go for an interview and while the interview they think about what they are going through and forget to be focused on their interview and they mess up BIG TIME!.
The most important thing is to be and FEEL positive and happy, this is tried and tested. If we are not happy then things around us will be sad and difficult. Every thing around us will feel very difficult indeed. We will lose faith in ourselves, we will lose everything in the process.
Now that being said i am sure a lot of my readers will have this question " How the hell on earth you want us to feel happy when we are in trouble" or "problems"
The answer is " you just need to find that BLING of a way to be happy. You like music? put on a good music and listen to it and feel the feeling of being happy. It works for me.
Not into music? then maybe pets? or babies?
Anything that makes you happy is just fine to give you the feeling of being happy.
And please BE A MILE AWAY FROM PEOPLE WHO MAKE YOU SAD, OR PUT YOU IN A BAD MOOD OR PEOPLE WHO MAKE YOU ANGRY. STAY AWAY FROM TGEM. they are bad for health!
Once you start being happy even if you are not happy, things will change, bad times will change into good ones. The reason is because you are generating happy and positive thoughts.
And within no time you will have something instead of nothing.
The idea here is to change our lives by being happy and positive. Even if that is not their. You are the only person to get to that door, you are the only person to take that step of happiness cause no one else will coma and hold your hand and take you there.
They are busy in their lives.
There will be people who will tell you that "Who is the person behind all this? Who did this to you? Its you yourself" and you know what that doesn't make you feel good.
My advise
DON'T SHARE YOUR BAD MOMENTS OR TENSION WITH ANYONE!!
All they will do is either tell you that you are the person behind all that or they will just sit with you moan with you and after sometime they will be gone. Back to their lives with their own "TO DO STUFF"
Don't feel alone in life. because you are with yourself. And there are people who care about you, like your parents or friends or your partner.
But i suggest you to share only you good and happy moments with them. Don't share you sad and bad moments with anybody. Because that will bring more of bad and sad moments.
If you share happiness, respect and good moments! In return you will receive the same.
This is how you will lead yourself to a happy and prosperous life.
There is more of this stuff for you. As i will be writing more. I want to help people who have problems in their lives. As i have seen a lot of things in life.
